Any custom Values or USER dbo.notes created will use form #1262. The DCF or dbo.notes association id will point to dbo.order_line_task.[order_line_task_id]

any Custom Values associated with an Asset during Quick/Regular maintenance will NOT use form #200 but will use form #1263 instead. This means the DCF association id will point to the record identified by dbo.order_line.order_Line_id since this record will host the [asset_id]
